Day 1 : Kigali – Akagera
You will be picked from Kigali airport (early morning flight or an overnight stay recommended) and drive to Akagera National park located in the southern part of the country bordering Tanzania. You will check in for lunch at your hotel before you head in search for some wildlife and then a boat cruise in the evening at Lake Ihema, in search for the large Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and a number, of bird species available as well. You will later do a brief evening game drive as you find your way to your lodge at Akagera Game lodge.

Day 2 : Game drive – Kigali
Today you will head off at 6.30 for a game drive insearch for the early risers, such as the zebras, impalas, hippos, giraffes to mention but a few. You will have a full day game drive with a picnic lunch. After lunch you will do more game drive as you find your way out of the park to Kigali, and you will be dropped off at a place of your convenience. End of service.
